“ This busy bar is perfect for that tasty lunch and drinks. Dumplings, Ramen, Noodles are so tasty. Great selection of beer & wine. We set out to try something new and pleasantly surprised. The staff were extremely busy and yet always smiling and only too pleased to help with our selection. ”

“ Had a quick snack here on Saturday Arvo. Ordered green tea, prawn dumplings, prawn and chives dumplings, wanton chilli dumplings, and chicken satay skewers. All dumplings were very good. The chicken skewers were also very good but the satay sauce was like water and had no taste. Normally this is a nice thick sauce which is full of peanut flavour, this one wasn't. The tea was particularly good, especially the way it was served. With the tea leaves in a very small pot, and hot water in a separate Thermos flask. This ensured the tea was always hot. Service was good, food came out promptly. ”

“ Amazing dumpling bar in Main St. Been here numerous times and the food and service never disappoints! Staff are lovely and prompt and the servers are quick to bring you food and drinks. Some standouts on menu are: The house ice teas! Perfectly fruity and have a good black tea taste. Any of the dumplings are amazing! The bao buns and pork pancakes are also an honourable mention. Will definitely be back. ”

“ Booked in at this cute little dumpling bar as the reviews looked great and had a lot of the things on the menu I wanted to try. Loved how the jasmine tea was served and was more than enough for two and had a nice strong jasmine taste. Vegetable spring rolls were delicious - can't really go wrong here. For dumplings we tried the Pork Potstickers and Xiao Long Bao. The Potstickers had an okay flavour, but compared to other places they didn't quite stack up. Xiao Long Bao was really good though. The Chicken Katsu Gua Bao were great - a bit of fresh chilli would have made them even better. For dessert we had the Nutella Wontons and custard bao. Wontons were awesome, crispy and went well with the coconut icecream. The custard in the bao was a bit gluggy but overall it was fine. Service was okay. ”

“ Outstanding. Dumpling Bar is a bit too modest. It’s actually a good sized cafe/restaurant with a wide range of very good dishes. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal here. We will definitely be back. ”

“ It was a random afternoon visit to Mornington on occasion of my wife birthday, we ended up at Lunar Dumpling Bar. It's a lovely family friendly restaurant situated in the heart of Mornington Main Street. We set out to try something new and we were pleasantly surprised. Great place if you are cravings for nice asian food. The food was served piping hot and the taste was great. We had ordered Chilli Wonton, Chicken and Prawn Dumplings, Nasi Goreng, Hokkie Mee(Flat Rice Noodles), Coconut Aftogato, Ferraro Rocher Gelato and Coconut Icecream. Absolutely wonderful Chilli Wonton(highly recommended). Friendly staff and quick service. Highly recommended and will be coming back. 5 ”

“ I'm never disappointed. The food is always so good. I usually have the dumplings and tom yum soup, but have tried alot of the menu and I think if you haven't been, you should try it. Highly recommend the staff are always happy to greet you. There is a guy that takes your orders who is so good. ”

“ We went for dinner with another family last weekend. Fantastic food, veg dumplings, eggplant dumplings, prawn dumplings and the Ramen were all fantastic. Will definitely recommend but make sure you book as this restaurant is quite popular. Pricing very reasonable for the quality of food and great service. We will be definitely be heading back when we are in the area again ”
